Authors are encouraged to submit papers electronically to our FTP site
in the following way.
(1) File Generation - The papers should be prepared in plain ASCII
PostScript file, with NO encoding, condensing, or encapsulation.
Please use your last name followed by a hyphen and your first initial
as the file name. For example, Joe Tyler's file would be named tyler-j.ps.
If you have more than one papers to submit, please number them as
tyler-j1.ps, tyler-j2.ps, etc.
(2) Our FTP Site - dropzone.tamu.edu is our FTP site, and the login
name is anonymous. Please place files in subdirectory /csi-paper.
(3) Notification of Submission - After you transfer your file(s) to
our FTP site, please send an e-mail to address csi@ee.tamu.edu immediately with
the subject line being csi-author. Please include in your e-mail for each
paper a) the filename you used, b) the full names of all the authors,
c) your complete postal address, d) your phone number, e) your fax number,
f) your e-mail address, g) the title of your paper, h) the abstract of
your paper and j) the key words. Please DO NOT send PostScript files by
e-mail.
If for some reason you cannot place an electronic copy of your paper on
our FTP site, you may submit your paper in three(3) hard copies to Professor
Mi Lu at the postal address given above (in the section of Conference
Co-Chairs). Please also send her an e-mail, in this case, as indicated
in (3) above.
